Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish, convey, and uphold the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the products you oversee.

• Organize and prioritize the Product Backlog, focusing on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.

• Serve as the primary liaison among stakeholders, business sectors, technology, and cross-functional teams.

• Convert business needs into clear, actionable requirements, epics, features, and user stories.

• Facilitate product-related Agile ceremonies, aiding the team in establishing priorities and clarifying requirements.

• Track performance indicators (KPIs and OKRs) to evaluate product success and recommend ongoing improvements.

• Perform analysis on market trends, competitors, and user behavior to uncover opportunities for product advancement.

• Ensure that deliverables meet customer expectations, align with organizational strategy, and fulfill business objectives.

• Assist in managing changes arising from the introduction of new features and processes.

• Impact strategic choices concerning the product lifecycle, encompassing launch, evolution, and discontinuation.

• Guide Product Analysts and junior professionals within the field.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

• Proficient understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies.

• Extensive knowledge of Kanban practices.

• In-depth familiarity with PMBOK standards.

• Comprehensive understanding of BPM principles.

• Advanced proficiency in English (for participation in meetings).

• Remote working position, with the main office located in Campinas.
