This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a product or feature from its initial conception to delivery throughout the entire SDLC and AI-DLC, covering every phase from discovery to release.

• Create initiatives, epics, and user stories while meticulously documenting detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Oversee and prioritize the product backlog using Jira.

• Conduct regular grooming sessions with the development team to ensure a minimum of three sprints of a ready backlog.

• Collaborate with various teams to synchronize dependent workstreams and guarantee timely execution.

• Evaluate the effects of initiatives on client satisfaction and overall business outcomes.

• Relay project status, risks, and resource needs to stakeholders.

• Keep comprehensive documentation of requirements, acceptance criteria, project plans, and progress updates.

• Work independently to propel initiatives forward.

• Verify developed functionalities before showcasing them to the wider organization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience in product management.

• Proven experience in owning a product or service from its inception to delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC & AI-DLC).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Strong grasp of capital markets and OTC derivatives, including interest rate, FX, and commodity derivatives.

• Proficient in Jira and managing an active product backlog with effective prioritization.

• Capability to work independently.

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

• Skill in articulating priorities and user impact to stakeholders.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks across various projects.

• Expertise in documenting detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Proficiency in rapid prototyping.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work remotely within the USA.
