This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of, prioritize, and manage the Agile team backlog, ensuring that user stories, defects, and technical enablers align with business priorities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, subject matter experts, Architects, and Engineering teams to convert product features into clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Prepare for and support Sprint Planning, Program Increment (PI) Planning, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Provide clarification and support to development teams throughout the delivery process.
• Coordinate dependencies, identify delivery risks, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate successful product releases.
• Ensure adherence to applicable quality and development processes.
• Showcase completed functionality during sprint reviews.
• Collect stakeholder feedback, monitor delivery metrics, and continuously enhance product value and team effectiveness.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role that supports Agile software development and product delivery.
• Proven experience in translating business requirements into user stories.
• Experience in defining acceptance criteria.
• Experience in managing product backlogs within Agile frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD concepts, and application lifecycle management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Strong skills in analysis, planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making across various organizational levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience supporting software products in regulated industries, such as healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or medical device environments is highly desirable.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States with authorization to work in the U.S.
