This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Gain knowledge from senior team members while providing insights and support across various product ownership activities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to establish product requirements and features.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products within budget constraints.
• Communicate product status, progress updates, and upcoming releases to stakeholders, executives, and customers.
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, which includes internal user guides and release notes.
• Analyze product metrics and analytics to pinpoint areas for improvement and make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Utilize AI-supported tools to draft requirements, summarize customer feedback, compose release notes, and investigate problem areas.
• Engage in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization efforts.
• Develop metrics and instrumentation frameworks aimed at uncovering growth opportunities.
• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative user and customer research in collaboration with Design and Product Management.
• Transform high-level requirements into execution-ready tasks and manage the workflow through release and launch phases.
• Take ownership of near-term planned work, ensuring that sprint tasks are clearly defined, ready for execution, and aligned with quarterly roadmap priorities.
• Oversee daily backlog and sprint execution, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, gaps, and blockers.
• Represent the status, priorities, and current state of the product area to internal stakeholders and customers.
• A strong desire and eagerness to learn about product management and product development concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a business analyst, product owner, or APM with a regularly used product.
• Proven experience in driving projects with a predictable rhythm and multiple stakeholders from various disciplines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong judgment, analytical skills, and creativity in solving problems that require original and innovative solutions.
• Demonstrated experience using AI-supported tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot in work or academic settings.
• Ability to provide a specific example of how an AI tool has saved time or enhanced output.
• Quick adaptability to learn new AI and automation tools and effectively apply them without detailed instructions.
• Capacity to excel in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environments.
• Proficiency in working effectively in a remote-first setting on an East Coast schedule.
