This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the internal data and AI product portfolio, encompassing strategy, roadmap, sequencing, investment priorities, and lifecycle decisions.
• Lead and mentor Data & AI Product Owners.
• Head the Data & AI Innovation and Ideas Committee.
• Establish meeting agendas, oversee intake and prioritization, document decisions, and present funding requests or escalations to senior leadership.
• Transform approved concepts into actionable delivery plans with designated owners, timelines, success metrics, adoption strategies, and governance checkpoints.
• Define and monitor adoption metrics such as eligible-user activation, recurring active usage, license utilization, and depth of use.
• Document and evaluate value realization, which includes hours saved, productivity enhancements, revenue support, and cost avoidance.
• Utilize product data, stakeholder insights, and business outcomes to assess what should be scaled, enhanced, or retired.
• Collaborate with Operating Group leaders to secure sponsorship, engage early users, facilitate rollout, and identify adoption challenges.
• Work alongside engineering, data platform, architecture, and security teams to deliver sustainable, governed, and scalable products.
• Oversee product-related budget considerations, platform consumption, licensing expenses, implementation efforts, and cost per active user.
• Collaborate with governance, privacy, security, and client-facing stakeholders during the product design phase.
• A minimum of ten years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience leading product managers or product owners.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise data, analytics, automation, or AI-enabled products for internal business users at scale.
• Experience in defining adoption metrics, value measures, and reporting methods that connect product usage to business outcomes.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms, lakehouse architecture, governed data environments, or related enterprise analytics capabilities.
• Experience with operational, financial, project, or enterprise resource planning data, including data quality and reconciliation.
• Practical experience in change management, including rollout planning, stakeholder enablement, training, feedback loops, and ongoing adoption support.
• Experience in managing product investment decisions, budgets, vendor or platform costs, or funding recommendations.
• A bachelor's degree in a technical, quantitative, business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: experience in environments with heightened governance, security, privacy, or regulatory expectations.
• Preferred: experience delivering applications on Databricks Apps or equivalent embedded analytics/internal application platforms.
• Preferred: experience in building or utilizing a metric layer, semantic layer, or shared data model.
• Preferred: experience in a federated or multi-entity organization.
• Preferred: background in data engineering, analytics, business intelligence, product operations, or software delivery.
