Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business impact, and strategic goals.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance backlog refinement, creation of requirements, synthesis of customer research, definition of acceptance criteria, and communication within the team.

• Guide the development team in executing roadmap priorities while achieving sprint and release objectives.

• Anticipate release dates, communicate progress, and proactively manage risks and dependencies.

• Address impediments that hinder the successful completion of team objectives.

• Prioritize and coordinate the resolution of defects affecting customer experience.

• Ensure the team maintains a healthy backlog with clear priorities.

• Act as the main point of contact for product-related inquiries from development, support, implementation, and business stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing team effectiveness through automation, AI-assisted workflows, and ongoing improvement.

• Stay updated on evolving customer needs, product practices, and emerging technologies.

• Experience utilizing data, analytics, and AI tools to inform decision-making and execution.

• Ability to critically assess AI-generated outputs and exercise sound judgment.

• Capacity to balance customer needs, technical limitations, and business priorities.

• Strong collaboration skills and effectiveness in cross-team interactions.

• 2+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role (preferred).

• Experience in SaaS software organizations (preferred).

• Familiarity with delivering products through iterative software development methodologies (preferred).

• Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms (preferred).

• Proven use of AI to enhance product delivery, customer outcomes, or operational efficiency (preferred).

• Experience in supporting or providing AI-enabled product capabilities (preferred).

• Background in delivering customer-facing software products in a SaaS setting.

• Ability to forge strong collaborative relationships across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Customer Success.

• A genuine curiosity and passion for learning new technologies and tackling complex challenges.

• A proactive approach to action, continuous improvement, and utilizing modern tools, including AI, to enhance personal and team effectiveness.
