Product Owner – AI Agents and Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive development of the AI platform and customer experiences, guiding the process from the roadmap phase to rollout.

• Collaborate with engineers on prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and safety measures, ensuring a balance between latency, cost, and accuracy.

• Convey technical concepts effectively between the engineering team and the wider organization.

• Establish best practices and standards for the AI platform.

• Enhance answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through systematic experimentation.

• Collaborate with OpenAI partners to assess and implement next-generation voice models and workflow automation solutions.

• Take ownership of the roadmap and cohesive platform direction for AI capabilities, encompassing voicebots, computer usage, and consumer AI applications.

• Report directly to the COO.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical position, such as forward-deployed engineering or technical product management within a fast-paced startup environment.

• A strong passion and curiosity for AI systems, including contemporary large language models (LLMs).

• Proven ability to transform complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-ready products.

• In-depth knowledge of API design and system architecture.

• Proficiency in SQL and the capability to independently analyze data.

• Experience in developing custom AI workflows.

• Competence in navigating technical trade-offs and applying AI platform standards.

• Candidates must currently reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada is required.
