Product Owner, Agentic AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete development process for our AI platform and customer interactions, from the initial planning stage to final implementation.

• Collaborate with engineers to craft prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and safeguards—optimizing for latency, cost, and accuracy.

• Act as the technical liaison between engineering teams and the wider organization, promoting AI best practices and platform standards.

• Foster systematic enhancements in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through thorough experimentation.

• Collaborate with partners at OpenAI to assess and implement the next generation of voice models and workflow automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical capacity such as forward deployed engineering, technical product management, or a related field in a dynamic startup environment.

• A strong passion and curiosity for AI systems, including contemporary LLMs, among others.

• Proven ability to transform complex, strategic concepts into scalable, production-ready products.
