Product Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• The Product Operations Specialist oversees the entire product lifecycle, encompassing strategy, user research, execution, and retrospective analysis.

• This position is responsible for managing the product development process, ensuring that products are valuable, usable, and feasible, while aligning deliverables with user requirements and corporate strategies.

• A primary focus is on implementing strategies for spiritual growth through software systems.

• Maintain a detailed product roadmap that aligns with the strategic priorities of the organization.

• Implement product priorities and development initiatives based on the established roadmap.

• Define and manage workflows related to product development.

• Execute the product development workflow, which includes planning for new features.

• Collaborate with Tech Solutions to advance the product vision and strategy.

• Carry out Bug Triage and Prioritization Workflow to resolve urgent issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

• 3–5 years of experience in product operations, product management, project management, or a related area.

• Preferred experience working with software development teams and agile workflows.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.

• Experience in translating user and business needs into clear product requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to analyze data and apply insights to enhance products and workflows.

• Familiarity with agile development processes, product roadmaps, and backlog management.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across different functions.
