Product Operations – Shipper

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of delivery, quality assurance, release management, and operational readiness.

• Ensure that functioning software is reliably deployed to production while meeting quality standards.

• Work in collaboration with the Builder and Architect within a squad triad framework.

• Utilize an AI-first approach and tools for testing, quality assurance, and deployment processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in delivery, quality engineering, and/or DevOps positions within fintech, banking, or financial services.

• Familiarity with core banking or digital banking systems.

• Strong comprehension of complex, regulated environments and financial workflows.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver software reliably in high-stakes, correctness-critical systems.

• Proven history of managing delivery from start to finish, rather than merely executing test scripts.
