This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and streamline the B2B smartphone sales operation;
• Establish processes from the ground up (sales, orders, invoicing, logistics, and after-sales);
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability;
• Collaborate with the technology team on system enhancements (ERP, CRM, and product);
• Manage the financial aspects of the operation (billing, invoicing, reconciliation);
• Liaise with international partners and suppliers;
• Define and track operational and commercial KPIs;
• Identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancements;
• Assist in structuring and expanding the team.
• Proven experience in B2B operations (preferably in commerce, distribution, or retail);
• Strong capability in structuring processes and maintaining operational organization;
• A mindset that encompasses product, operations, and business;
• An analytical and data-driven approach;
• Experience in managing complex operations with multiple stakeholders;
• Familiarity with management systems (ERP/CRM);
• Hands-on executor who is willing to "roll up their sleeves";
• Advantageous: Experience in the electronics or smartphone industry;
• Experience with international operations;
• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and import/export dynamics;
• Experience with market ERPs and system integrations.
