This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in enhancing the planning, tracking, and delivery processes for product and design work. Contribute to the identification and implementation of new or improved workflows to minimize friction and boost visibility.
• Oversee and coordinate the execution of product-related initiatives and pilot projects, ensuring that timelines and scopes are well-defined and dependencies are effectively managed.
• Work in collaboration with Product Managers, Product Owners, Designers, and Analysts to create dashboards and reports on essential metrics. Aid in organizing data and insights that can guide decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product priorities are communicated clearly and understood across all stakeholders, paying special attention to change management requirements.
• Assist in managing tools, templates, and practices that facilitate efficient product operations, which includes documentation, process guides, and internal communications.
• Recognize and escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies across teams, working collaboratively with others to resolve them in a proactive manner.
• Help in preparing updates, roadmap views, and communications directed at both internal and external stakeholders.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product operations, program management, or similar roles within a SaaS or B2B software context.
• At least 1 year of experience in people leadership or mentorship, showcasing the ability to support, mentor, and manage direct reports.
• Demonstrated success in facilitating the delivery of cross-functional initiatives or product workflows that have a measurable operational impact.
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in tracking key metrics, synthesizing data, and extracting actionable insights.
• Expertise in stakeholder coordination and internal communications among product, engineering, and commercial teams.
• Exceptionally organized and results-oriented, with an emphasis on clarity, consistency, and execution efficiency.
• Adaptable to dynamic environments, capable of shifting priorities and supporting decision-making amidst ambiguity.
• Familiarity with modern product and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday, Miro, Asana, etc.).
