This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +5 more states.
• Develop and maintain dashboards (such as Quicksight, SQL, Excel) to assist PMs and leadership in making data-driven decisions.
• Establish key product health metrics (including adoption, retention, and support load) and facilitate consistent reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to enhance data accessibility and reliability.
• Act as a liaison between product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Foster alignment with Support, Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Oversee the complete process for product releases, ensuring preparation across Marketing, Client Communications, and Sales.
• Create and manage launch checklists, retrospectives, and release health evaluations.
• Handle change communication and ensure downstream teams are equipped to execute effectively.
• Identify inefficiencies and standardize workflows within the product team (planning, documentation, reviews).
• Develop repeatable systems for roadmap visibility, KPI monitoring, and feedback loops.
• 2-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or BizOps within a tech setting.
• Proficient data skills (SQL or comparable expertise).
• Exceptional communication abilities; demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and influencing without formal authority.
• Strong systems-thinking approach— adept at resolving organizational friction through processes and tools.
• Capability to work independently in a distributed environment; self-motivated individual who can manage projects from start to finish.
• Previous experience in supporting a global or multi-country product launch environment.
• Experience in aligning operations across Product, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Communication skills: Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills. You will often need to persuade rather than direct, demonstrating empathy and understanding while achieving results without direct authority.
• Planning and Organisation: You will manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, so outstanding organizational skills and enthusiasm for a dynamic workload are crucial.
