Product Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Product Operations Lead oversees the operational management of the Product Operations Team.

• This position reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and provides direction to Product Owners, Project Managers, and the User Experience & Accessibility Specialist, while establishing processes, governance, and performance metrics that facilitate the successful delivery of enterprise software products.

• Responsible for the daily operations within the Product organization, ensuring that teams are equipped with the necessary tools, processes, and support to deliver high-quality products and projects.

• Emphasizes operational excellence, people leadership, project governance, performance management, and continuous improvement, allowing Product Owners to focus on product strategy, customer engagement, and product outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• At least five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in managing Product Management, Product Operations, Project Management, PMO, or technology organizations.

• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams within an enterprise software setting.

• Familiarity with implementing or enhancing operational processes, governance, and organizational standards.

• Experience in managing project portfolios or enterprise project management functions.

• Skilled in developing KPIs, dashboards, operational metrics, and executive reporting.

• Demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
