Product Operations Junior Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver client support via various communication channels.

• Assist with daily operational workflows that connect Product, Finance, and Operations while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLA).

• Aid in data validation and reconciliation tasks to maintain system accuracy.

• Work alongside the Product and Engineering teams to uncover opportunities for process enhancements and automation.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports that monitor essential business and operational metrics.

• Play a role in the implementation of new product features from both operational and financial viewpoints.

• Engage in testing and validating new tools or processes prior to their launch.

• Assist in the creation and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Help identify operational inefficiencies and suggest data-driven solutions to improve internal processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Between 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar capacity within a tech, fintech, or financial institution.

• Intermediate level of proficiency in Excel, including knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial operations, and data management practices.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Inquisitive and proactive — you have a passion for learning new tools, understanding operational workings, and enhancing them.

• A team player who possesses excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
