Project Operations – Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Serve as a project management enablement resource throughout the entire CTI organization.

• Empower CTI teams to successfully manage their own projects and processes.

• Offer practical coaching and support in project management.

• Assist with medium to large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.

• Advocate for the consistent application of project management standards, templates, and delivery practices across CTI.

• Aid in project closure activities, including documentation and capturing lessons learned.

• Deliver and coordinate support for Product & Pricing related Salesforce tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of five years of relevant experience in project management, delivery enablement, business operations, or enterprise systems support.

• Proven experience in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of complex initiatives.

• Established ability to enable and mentor teams on effective project management practices, standards, and methodologies.

• Experience in collaborating effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

• Strong facilitation capabilities.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Practical experience with contemporary project management tools such as Wrike, JIRA, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with Salesforce-based commercial environments is preferred.
