This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.
• Develop and oversee the comprehensive AI-First product management lifecycle, encompassing discovery, delivery, and iterative processes.
• Take ownership of the tooling stack, prompt libraries, agent configurations, and workflow automation utilized by PM teams on a daily basis.
• Ensure that each stage of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) incorporates a clearly defined AI-augmentation pattern: specifying the roles of AI, PMs, and the methods for quality verification.
• Keep the PDLC updated in alignment with the evolution of M-Files' proprietary agent portfolio (Aino, Chat, Workflow, MCP Connect, Insights).
• Construct and manage scalable discovery pipelines, including customer signal aggregation, interview synthesis, competitive monitoring, and timely insight routing to the appropriate PM.
• Clarify the application of AI tools (including internal M-Files agents) in user research, persona development, and hypothesis creation.
• Set quality standards for AI-assisted discovery outputs, ensuring the distinction between authentic customer insights and AI-generated data noise.
• Define the competencies that characterize AI-First product management at M-Files, and develop the educational infrastructure to bridge capability gaps.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new PMs concerning AI tools and PDLC standards; maintain documentation that is effective even in your absence.
• Establish and uphold output standards across the team, including specifications, decision records, discovery artifacts, and measurement frameworks.
• Monitor PM operations by tracking cycle times, rework rates, discovery quality, and shipping frequency.
• Present PM operational metrics to the VP of Product Management; identify systemic problems and recommend structural improvements.
• Link PM process performance to product outcomes, such as AI-attributed ARR, feature adoption, and NRR impact.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the B2B SaaS sector, with direct involvement in enterprise or regulated-industry products.
• Proven hands-on experience with AI tools integrated into PM workflows: not just familiarity or interest, but active operational use in everyday tasks.
• A history of designing and managing processes, rather than merely adhering to them.
• Capability to thrive in a private equity-backed environment, recognizing that speed, measurability, and ARR impact are essential constraints.
• Excellent written communication skills: you produce specifications, frameworks, and documentation that are sufficiently clear to be utilized without additional explanation.
• Experience in enterprise content management, information governance, or AI knowledge management products is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of AI agent concepts, MCP integrations, or product architectures based on large language models (LLMs) is highly advantageous.
• A background in organizational design, process optimization, or lean product operations is considered a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, compliance, or product contexts within regulated industries is a strong plus.
• An international team comprising top performers.
• A culture that is inclusive and dynamic, both virtually and in-person.
• An opportunity to play a role in our global success and growth.
• Flexible work/life balance.
• A competitive compensation and benefits package.
