This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the CPO and the product leadership team to establish, monitor, and implement product strategy throughout the organization.
• Oversee the product operating rhythm: quarterly business reviews (QBRs), planning cycles, leadership retreats, and cross-departmental rituals.
• Create and sustain dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide leadership with real-time insights into portfolio health, team capacity, and delivery performance.
• Foster alignment among Product, Engineering, and GTM regarding priorities, roadmap milestones, and resource allocation.
• Advocate for the incorporation of AI tools and workflows into Product Operations, including automated reporting, intelligent prioritization support, and AI-assisted research synthesis.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Platform teams to identify opportunities for AI to lessen operational overhead in product delivery processes.
• Establish a framework for product managers to utilize AI in discovery, specification writing, and iteration, while promoting best practice adoption across the organization.
• Stay informed on emerging AI capabilities and translate these advancements into operational enhancements that offer Tempo’s product teams a competitive advantage.
• Manage the core toolset for the Product team, ensuring PMs and designers have the necessary systems to excel in their roles.
• Design and execute scalable processes for roadmap management, intake, prioritization, and tracking cross-team dependencies.
• Develop and conduct onboarding and enablement programs for new product hires, ensuring a swift and consistent ramp-up process.
• Identify and resolve operational gaps before they escalate into organizational bottlenecks.
• Construct the data and insights infrastructure that links product decisions to customer outcomes and business results.
• Manage the voice-of-customer synthesis process, ensuring product leadership receives a regular and structured view of customer feedback, NPS signals, and support trends.
• Collaborate with Data and Analytics to instrument key product metrics and make them accessible to the wider product team.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Strategy and Operations, Chief of Staff, or a similar role in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Demonstrated ability to function at both strategic and execution levels — skilled in designing operating models and willing to implement them hands-on.
• Highly knowledgeable about modern AI tools and genuinely enthusiastic about their potential to transform product organizations — you have insights on this and have applied them.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with proficiency in building dashboards, synthesizing intricate data, and communicating insights to a senior audience.
• Outstanding communicator, able to write clearly, lead effective meetings, and foster alignment across functions without direct authority.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, BigQuery, Looker, or their equivalents — with a history of enhancing team utilization of these tools.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and motivated by creating structure in areas that lack it.
• Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem or project and resource management software is a significant advantage.
