• Oversee cross-functional projects involving product applications, data flows, and lifecycle processes.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Assist in standardizing product and data lifecycle operations from initiation to delivery and retirement.
• Promote alignment among Product, IT, Data, and Compliance stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product teams (consultants, developers, analysts, PMs) to guarantee precise and timely data implementation.
• Engage directly with clients to collect data requirements and obtain approval on configurations.
• Work with vendors to secure data file layouts, test files, and claims files.
• Provide updates on status and implementation reports to both internal and external parties.
• Manage Azure DevOps (projects, boards, workflows, and work items).
• Ensure consistent tool configurations for effective tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT to manage user access, permissions, and security groups.
• Verify that lifecycle data (status, ownership, dependencies, outcomes) is accurate and current.
• Monitor changes in products, enhancements, and data dependencies.
• Ensure that tools comply with governance standards and lifecycle requirements.
• Collaborate with Product and Data teams to align tool usage with compliance and audit standards.
• Maintain documentation for lifecycle workflows, standards, and tool management.
• Enforce naming conventions, templates, and best operational practices.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and leadership insights concerning product and data operations.
• Proven experience in project coordination, product operations, PMO, or data operations.
• Practical experience with work management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Smartsheet).
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple priorities.
• Background in client-facing roles.
• Strong comprehension of pharmacy claims data structures and file layouts.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with analytics/reporting tools:
• SQL
• Power BI
• Other similar data visualization/query tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to evaluate complex technical and operational challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in:
• Analytics / Informatics
• Business
• Economics
• Mathematics
• Statistics
• Finance
• Or equivalent relevant work experience.
