Product Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product leaders to manage roadmap planning, sprint schedules, and inter-team dependencies, ensuring that inputs are organized and discussions progress smoothly.

• Create planning documents, status updates, and meeting notes for senior stakeholders, converting discussions into clear written records.

• Ensure product operations are well-maintained in Jira — including boards, workflows, and reporting — while assisting in the application of prioritization frameworks like RICE or weighted scoring.

• Develop and sustain simple dashboards and spreadsheets that provide product leaders with insights into delivery, velocity, and essential product metrics.

• Assist with Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming) and aid product leaders in preparing and executing action items.

• Leverage Claude and other AI tools to enhance routine tasks — such as summarizing meetings, drafting documents, analyzing data, and creating basic internal automations.

• Identify process gaps and proactively establish your own role and workflows instead of waiting for guidance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in product, operations, business analysis, or a related field; recent graduates with strong internship experiences are encouraged to apply.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; backgrounds in business, analytics, information systems, or technical disciplines are advantageous.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — responsible for drafting planning documents, status updates, and meeting notes for senior stakeholders.

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail; capable of managing inputs from multiple product leaders without losing track of any threads.

• An analytical mindset — comfortable working with spreadsheets, creating basic dashboards, and understanding prioritization frameworks (RICE, weighted scoring).

• A self-starter who excels in uncertain situations; eager to define their own role and processes instead of waiting for direction.

• Proficient in engaging with senior stakeholders without formal authority.
