Product Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Enhance the workflow of products across research, delivery, and go-to-market strategies.

• Ensure that product features are well-defined, effectively communicated, and successfully launched across Engineering and GTM teams.

• Optimize handoffs between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer-facing teams.

• Foster consistency in planning, communication, and product delivery methodologies.

• Increase visibility of the roadmap, delivery progress, and product outcomes.

• Assist in implementing practical enhancements to product processes in collaboration with the Product team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Product, Product Operations, or a comparable role.

• Experience in hospitality or hospitality technology is essential.

• Strong comprehension of the end-to-end processes of product teams (research → delivery → launch → adoption).

• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive alignment.

• Structured, pragmatic, and hands-on approach.
