• Oversee cross-functional projects involving product applications, data flows, and lifecycle activities.
• Monitor key milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Assist in the standardized processes for product and data lifecycles from initiation to delivery and retirement.
• Promote alignment among stakeholders from Product, IT, Data, and Compliance.
• Collaborate with product teams (consultants, developers, analysts, PMs) to guarantee precise and timely data implementation.
• Engage directly with clients to collect data requirements and obtain configuration approvals.
• Work with vendors to secure:
• Data file layouts
• Test files
• Claims files
• Provide status updates and implementation reports both internally and externally.
• Manage Azure DevOps (projects, boards, workflows, and work items).
• Ensure consistent configurations of tools for tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate user access, permissions, and security groups in partnership with IT.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lifecycle data (status, ownership, dependencies, outcomes).
• Monitor product changes, enhancements, and data dependencies.
• Guarantee that tools adhere to governance standards and lifecycle requirements.
• Collaborate with Product and Data teams to ensure tool usage meets compliance and audit standards.
• Keep documentation for lifecycle workflows, standards, and tool management.
• Enforce naming conventions, templates, and operational best practices.
• Aid in audits, reporting, and leadership insights related to product and data operations.
• Proven experience in project coordination, product operations, PMO, or data operations.
• Practical experience with work management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Smartsheet).
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Comprehensive understanding of pharmacy claims data structures and file layouts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with analytics/reporting tools:
• SQL
• Power BI
• Other similar data visualization/query tools.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to navigate complex technical and operational challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in:
• Analytics / Informatics
• Business
• Economics
• Mathematics
• Statistics
• Finance
• Or equivalent relevant work experience.
