• Define, implement, and continually enhance the operating model for Product & Engineering, encompassing planning, governance, and execution rhythms.
• Oversee annual and quarterly planning cycles (OKRs), ensuring clear alignment from the overall company strategy to team-level execution.
• Establish and uphold governance and decision-making frameworks for roadmaps that promote clarity, accountability, and consistency.
• Create and maintain comprehensive visibility across the portfolio, including initiatives, dependencies, capacity, and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement prioritization frameworks that effectively balance strategic impact, client value, and operational limitations.
• Ensure that product roadmaps are clear, aligned, and transparent among leadership and key stakeholders.
• Implement systems, processes, and metrics that enhance delivery predictability, throughput, and execution quality.
• Define and monitor product and operational performance metrics (e.g., roadmap health, delivery accuracy, cycle time, dependency risk).
• Identify systemic risks and inefficiencies, driving continuous improvement within Product and Engineering.
• Foster alignment among Product, Engineering, Finance, and Commercial teams regarding priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs.
• Enhance collaboration models and operating rhythms to minimize friction and boost velocity.
• Influence leadership decisions through data-driven insights, structured problem-solving, and clear recommendations.
• Utilize AI to improve planning, forecasting, and operational insights.
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and scaling of operational best practices.
• Advocate for the adoption of AI-driven tools and processes across Product and Engineering.
• Over 10 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Product Management, or similar roles within a SaaS or technology context.
• Demonstrated experience in building and scaling product operating models or planning functions that enhance execution predictability and organizational alignment.
• Proven success in leading annual and quarterly planning processes (e.g., OKRs) across cross-functional teams.
• Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and achieve alignment on priorities and trade-offs.
• Experience in defining and operationalizing metrics that enhance delivery outcomes, roadmap transparency, and organizational effectiveness.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable systems, processes, and measurable business results.
