Product Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Ensure the data and functional integrity of the Teikametrics application by overseeing escalation queues and promptly addressing internal requests.

• Take ownership of platform issues through comprehensive technical troubleshooting.

• Document and convey issues directly until they are fully resolved.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to share issues, insights, and updates.

• Detect patterns, gaps, and opportunities to enhance product functionality, internal processes, and customer experience.

• Gain an in-depth understanding of the in-app customer experience and represent the customer’s voice to Product and Engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a technical SaaS environment.

• Practical experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for SaaS applications.

• Experience supporting e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, or TikTok Shop is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of SQL for troubleshooting, data validation, and issue investigation.

• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar ticketing and support tools.

• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple support requests effectively.

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller and Vendor Central advertising platforms.

• Familiarity with Walmart Seller Center and Supplier Portal advertising platforms.

• Knowledge or experience with additional advertising marketplaces such as TikTok.
