Product Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop, improve, and sustain ongoing Tableau dashboards and reporting systems for Physician OneView.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing to establish and monitor user adoption, campaign engagement, and feature launches.

• Assist in automating manual reporting procedures, such as Secure Messaging usage and Medical Director billing processes.

• Perform SQL queries and validate data.

• Manage ad-hoc analytical requests from product managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or product operations.

• Proficient in SQL querying.

• Practical experience in developing and publishing Tableau dashboards.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or TargetProcess.

• Capability to engage in internal and external meetings via video calls, when necessary.

• Willingness to work onsite at corporate or client offices, as required.

• Physical ability to remain seated at a desk and use a computer for extended periods.

• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead, as needed.

• Hand-eye coordination to effectively operate computers and office equipment.

• Vision capabilities including close vision, tolerance for fluorescent lighting, and the ability to adjust focus, as required.

• For roles involving business travel/event participation: capacity to lift 25 lbs.

• For roles necessitating business travel/event attendance: a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
