Product Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop, improve, and sustain recurring Tableau dashboards and reporting systems for Physician OneView.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing to establish and monitor user adoption, campaign involvement, and feature launches.

• Assist in automating manual reporting tasks, which include Secure Messaging usage and Medical Director billing processes.

• Execute SQL queries and conduct data validations.

• Address ad-hoc analytical requests from product managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or product operations.

• Proficient SQL querying skills.

• Practical experience in developing and publishing Tableau dashboards.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or TargetProcess.

• Participation in internal and external meetings through video calls, as required.

• Capability to work onsite at corporate or client locations, as necessary.

• For roles necessitating business travel/event attendance: ability to lift 25 lbs.

• For roles necessitating business travel/event attendance: valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
