• Assist in managing and executing Go-To-Market project plans for our triannual product launches, ensuring that deadlines and deliverables are achieved across diverse teams.
• Aid in the development and oversight of product marketing content and strategies for significant global events, including Inspire and World Tour.
• Take ownership of the ongoing update of product marketing materials, sales enablement resources, and roadmap revisions to guarantee that both internal and external parties have access to the latest information.
• Work collaboratively across departments with Product Management, marketing teams, and sales enablement to ensure that launch plans progress efficiently.
• Oversee content submissions in the Coupa Community portal, track incoming customer inquiries/comments to facilitate prompt responses from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and collaborate with the Community Experience team to ensure alignment and fulfillment of deliverables assigned to Product Marketing.
• Utilize advanced generative AI tools (such as Notebook, Gemini, etc.) to enhance workflows, scale content production, and improve internal processes.

• 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing project management, or a related field within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Outstanding project management and organizational capabilities, with the capacity to manage multiple deliverables for large-scale projects (such as product launches or event content).
• Ability to work collaboratively across different organizational lines and coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Superior oral and written communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• A strategic mindset that aligns with Coupa's core values and long-term vision.
• A progressive outlook on technology, with proven capability or a strong desire to utilize AI tools for operational efficiency.
• Willingness to work overlapping hours with PST and EST time zones to ensure seamless collaboration with our North American teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Preferences:
• Familiarity with, or a strong willingness to learn about, Sales Enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic).
• Experience with, or eagerness to learn, Project Management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) for monitoring complex launch cycles.
• Knowledge of Data Visualization and Analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce.com, etc.) to assess content and launch performance.
• Background or interest in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance SaaS solutions.
