• Create Engaging Content That Drives Results
• Design and uphold captivating product messaging, presentations, battlecards, solution briefs, and customer-facing documents that effectively convey our value proposition.
• Convert product features and customer challenges into clear, audience-specific content tailored for both business and technical stakeholders.
• Craft visually appealing, on-brand presentations utilizing PowerPoint and other tools, ensuring they are field-ready without requiring additional refinement.
• Propel Pipeline Through Data Insights
• Gather, analyze, and distill pipeline and campaign performance data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities throughout the funnel.
• Develop and sustain dashboards and reports that monitor go-to-market KPIs, content effectiveness, and launch metrics.
• Aid in campaign and launch planning by providing data-driven recommendations regarding messaging, targeting, and channel strategies.
• Execute Comprehensive Go-to-Market Launches
• Collaborate with Product, Demand Generation, and Sales to oversee product launches and campaign initiatives from start to finish, ensuring asset creation and field readiness.
• Keep launch trackers, project timelines, and cross-functional checklists updated to ensure smooth execution.
• Contribute to competitive intelligence by observing market trends and keeping battlecards and positioning documents up to date.
• Empower the Sales Team
• Create training materials, presentation guides, and enablement resources to equip sellers and SDRs to communicate value confidently.
• Assist in developing onboarding content and ongoing enablement updates as products and messaging evolve.
• Utilize AI and Modern Tools
• Leverage AI writing and research tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper) to expedite content creation and initial draft production.
• Employ software tools across the Product Marketing Management stack, including Salesforce, Tableau or Looker, Highspot or Seismic, Figma, and project management systems, to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
• Stay updated on new AI tools and proactively seek ways to streamline and scale content development.
• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, content creation, or go-to-market strategies within B2B SaaS.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and presentation design; capable of crafting a polished boardroom-ready deck from the ground up.
• Practical experience in data analysis and pipeline reporting; comfortable utilizing Salesforce, Excel, or BI tools for data extraction and interpretation.
• Familiarity with contemporary AI tools and a keen interest in leveraging them to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Understanding of marketing and sales technology stacks (CRM, CMS, sales enablement tools, project management applications).
• Strong writing and editing capabilities; able to transform a basic idea into a concise, engaging message.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines without oversight.
• A collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude; excels in cross-functional settings and prioritizes action over overanalysis.
• Experience in the procurement or supply chain domain is advantageous but not mandatory—curiosity and a willingness to learn are more important.
• A degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.
