• Create and sustain one-pagers, pitch decks, and district-facing materials utilized by the Sales and District Success teams.

• Generate product-focused content, including resources that convert instructional and research concepts into accessible and engaging materials for educators, which instructional leaders can present to curriculum committees, school boards, and parents.

• Clearly express CommonLit's instructional positions, curriculum choices, and efficacy evidence in straightforward language that builds trust with educators or parents who may be skeptical of EdTech or our program.

• Assist in initiatives designed to engage customers within the product and encourage deeper usage and acquisition, including in-product messaging and drip email campaigns.

• Collaborate with the Product team to manage timelines, monitor deliverables, and ensure in-product initiatives and the overall product roadmap remain on track.

• Work with the Product team to develop go-to-market messaging for product launches.

• Foster cross-functional alignment with Academics, Design, and Engineering, translating priorities between teams, communicating responsibilities, and holding stakeholders accountable to deadlines to keep projects progressing.

• Establish knowledge management systems and connect cross-team dependencies.

• Define success metrics, track milestones, and offer data-driven recommendations.

• Contribute to the content strategy surrounding our pedagogical point of view and instructional positions.
