• You will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing go-to-market strategies that effectively position the product in the market, highlighting its differentiators and connecting with customer needs.
• Ensure successful launches, maximize product adoption and retention, and support business growth through clear messaging, market research, and communication campaigns aligned with the company's strategic goals.
• Identify high-impact features and design specific campaigns to drive their activation and usage.
• Develop educational materials (tutorials, walkthroughs, use cases) that reduce adoption friction for both new and existing users.
• Collaborate with product and customer success teams to define adoption metrics (feature activation rate, time-to-value) and create follow-up plans.
• Execute segmented communication programs with digital sales (in-app, email, webinars) targeting segments with low adoption of key features.
• Gather and synthesize user feedback to iterate on enablement messages and tactics, ensuring ongoing relevance.
• Design and implement the go-to-market plan for new products or features, coordinating timelines and promotional activities with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Define the value proposition and ensure that key messages are consistent across all channels (web, social media, in-app, etc.), translating technical features into clear benefits.
• Lead competitive analysis (benchmarking) and qualitative/quantitative studies to identify trends and customer needs that guide strategy.
• Create educational and commercial materials (guides, use cases, tutorials, sales presentations) that support both customer education and conversion.
• Define and monitor key metrics (activation, retention, campaign ROI) to iterate tactics based on data and real user feedback.
• Oversee the product's evolution in the market, adjusting strategies based on its stage (growth, maturity, or decline) and identifying repositioning opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 5 years in similar roles, ideally in technology or payment companies.
• Expertise in conducting both qualitative and quantitative market studies to identify trends, growth opportunities, and strengthen the value proposition.
• Ability to design and implement effective product launch and positioning strategies aligned with market needs and business objectives.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools to measure campaign performance and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
• Experience in digital marketing campaigns, content marketing management, and branding, focusing on creating communication strategies that ensure a strong and coherent presence across all channels.
• Experience managing owned channels (such as websites, blogs, social media), ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication with customers.
