This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Evaluate the usage, adoption, and activation data of features to gain insights into user engagement with Sezzle's product ecosystem.
• Recognize trends across user cohorts and highlight engagement strengths, drop-offs, and their underlying reasons.
• Extract insights from dashboards and reports to inform updates to the growth strategy.
• Convert raw data into clear, actionable summaries for the Product and Marketing teams.
• Develop and analyze both in-app and external surveys.
• Integrate qualitative feedback from NPS, in-app tools, and user interviews.
• Assist in managing the monthly Customer Advisory Board consisting of shoppers aged 18–25.
• Present a Gen Z perspective on research findings and keep track of competitor activities.
• Oversee live marketing and product tests, monitoring metrics and readiness of results.
• Condense test results with a focus on engagement, feature interactions, and repeat usage.
• Maintain a record of learning from tests.
• Update growth strategy documentation and validate data, insights, and current messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to affirm ongoing launches and insights.
• Conduct competitive research on product positioning, examining features in detail.
• Develop reusable documentation based on data analysis, surveys, and test outcomes.
• Organize and preserve insight references across Product Marketing, MarComms, and Product teams.
• Ensure internal materials accurately reflect current user sentiment and behavioral trends.
• Work closely with the Head of Product Marketing within the Product organization.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program focusing on Marketing, Business, Product, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and translating loose directions into clear actionable steps.
• Capable of analyzing fundamental datasets to uncover patterns or themes.
• Strong written communication skills are essential.
• Proven experience with Claude or similar large language model tools is mandatory; candidates should be adept at utilizing AI to boost productivity, research, and communication.
• Previous internship experience or coursework in marketing, product, research, or operations is a plus.
• Understanding of lifecycle marketing concepts, experimentation, or user journeys is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI tools is beneficial.
• A keen interest in fintech, consumer applications, or e-commerce is a plus.
• Age between 18–25, providing a lived perspective on Gen Z consumers is desirable.
