• Lead customer feedback initiatives and win/loss analysis.
• Utilize research from the Competitive Intelligence team to maintain a thorough and current understanding of our positioning relative to direct and adjacent competitors in each vertical.
• Create and manage our internal toolkit for the Medspa vertical, which includes unique positioning, messaging frameworks, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definitions, and guidance on target accounts.
• Identify key sub-segments within each vertical and shape Boulevard's go-to-market strategy for each.
• Collaborate with Sales, Growth Marketing, and Brand teams to design and implement vertical-specific go-to-market strategies that address market nuances, build pipelines, and enhance conversion rates.
• Guide product direction by providing your R&D Product Marketing Manager (PMM) colleagues with in-depth vertical insights on roadmap priorities and sequencing needed to succeed in each market.

• Demonstrated ability to equip Sales and Success teams with effective, practical content and training.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building from the ground up; you can transform a vague problem space into a clear perspective, plan, and set of deliverables.
• 401(k) matching along with dental, medical, vision, and life insurance.
• Flexible vacation day policy.
• Fully remote work arrangement with a monthly work-from-home stipend.
• Family planning resources and specialized support programs.
• Equity: join at the ground level and grow with Boulevard.
