This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Plan and implement product launches and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams.
• Create sales enablement resources, such as presentations, battlecards, and conversation guides.
• Collect insights from customers, the market, and competitors to enhance messaging and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate on campaigns, webinars, events, and digital initiatives, providing insights and data related to Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
• Develop a deep understanding of legal technology buyers, their challenges, and Mitratech's product offerings.
• Monitor outcomes, sales pipeline, and customer engagement to assess and refine marketing programs.
• Lead the development of messaging for product launches, campaigns, and events; draft emails and promotional content as necessary.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to refine positioning and enhance customer education.
• Work collaboratively with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of go-to-market initiatives with overall business goals.
• Assess the influence of product marketing efforts on business growth and make necessary adjustments.
• Report directly to the Director of Product Marketing.
• 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or software environments.
• Proficient in communicating and collaborating with senior leaders at Fortune 100 companies.
• Strong project management skills; capable of managing multiple projects and requests simultaneously.
• Excellent writing abilities; skilled in transforming customer pain points and technical product details into clear messaging and marketing materials.
• Comfortable with agile execution and navigating ambiguous requests to reach decisions.
• Experience in utilizing tools such as Asana, Salesforce, AI tools, HubSpot, and Gong.
• Self-motivated individual who can convert vague requests into structured plans and coordinate with internal stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
• At ease leading discussions with senior leadership.
• A genuine curiosity and the ability to empathize with customers' perspectives.
• Experience in legal tech, law, or corporate legal is an advantage.
