This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.
β’ Take ownership of product adoption across various markets and segments, concentrating on fostering new customer growth, expansion, and retention.
β’ Develop strategies for pricing, packaging, and bundling that minimize friction to value and establish clear upgrade paths for different products and customer segments.
β’ Define and refine positioning and value propositions that resonate with various Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and markets.
β’ Convert customer and market insights into actionable strategies by utilizing win/loss data, product usage analytics, and research to enhance our go-to-market approach continuously.
β’ Collaborate closely with regional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to grasp local dynamics such as willingness-to-pay, competition, and regulations, ensuring our strategy effectively reaches the market.
β’ Lead go-to-market initiatives, including product launches and pricing adjustments, managing messaging, enablement, and implementation.
β’ Work collaboratively with Product and Finance teams on monetization frameworks, market segmentation, and growth opportunities.
β’ Monitor performance and adapt rapidly, measuring impact across activation, adoption, expansion, and churn.
β’ Approximately 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Growth roles, with a focus on driving adoption and expansion.
β’ A proven track record of influencing growth through various levers including pricing, positioning, go-to-market strategies, and product-led initiatives.
β’ Experience in competitive B2B environments (e.g., fintech, payments, SaaS) where differentiation is challenging to achieve.
β’ Hands-on experience across multiple European markets, understanding the nuances across different countries and segments.
β’ Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with data, constructing business cases, and linking insights to actionable outcomes.
β’ Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Sales, Finance, regional teams) without the need for formal authority.
β’ Excellent communication skills: capable of simplifying complex concepts and aligning teams towards a common goal.
