This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in developing advisor-focused enablement and marketing strategies for enterprise partner programs.
• Aid in the creation of partner-specific campaigns, materials, presentations, and engagement frameworks.
• Support initiatives aimed at growth related to enterprise relationships, uncovering opportunities to enhance advisor adoption and platform usage.
• Implement campaigns and programs designed to boost advisor engagement, adoption, and retention.
• Customize positioning, messaging, and experiences to align with the workflows, segmentation, and advisor models of enterprise partners.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Enablement teams to facilitate advisor education initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist in measurement and optimization efforts based on insights gained.
• Serve as a strategic marketing partner to Enterprise Relationship Managers.
• Provide leadership support for high-priority partner initiatives, presentations, and growth opportunities.
• Convert product launches, platform improvements, and operational changes into clear and actionable communications for partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Launch PMMs, and Relationship teams to execute initiatives effectively.
• Ensure that enterprise feedback is integrated into product marketing and broader strategic efforts.
• Support cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing advisor experience, onboarding, and engagement.
• Aggregate feedback from enterprise partners and advisor interactions.
• Identify patterns, challenges, and opportunities for engagement.
• Adjust messaging and activation strategies based on insights from the field.
• Utilize AI to improve the effectiveness and scalability of enterprise marketing and enablement efforts.
• Leverage AI-driven insights to discern advisor engagement patterns, segmentation opportunities, and growth signals.
• Implement personalization strategies across partner communications and campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, or B2B marketing (preferably in financial services or wealth management).
• Experience in supporting enterprise partner or institutional marketing initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and adapting messaging for various audiences.
• Proven track record of translating complex products, platforms, and concepts into clear and compelling narratives and scalable programs.
• Experience collaborating on cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Relationship Management, and Operations.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with experience using data to guide decisions and optimize performance.
• Experience in defining and measuring campaign effectiveness, advisor engagement, and adoption metrics.
• Familiarity with AI tools and marketing technologies is preferred.
