This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the go-to-market strategy, launch activities, and stakeholder engagement while influencing product development for new offerings aimed at the Enterprise sector, including products, features, and services.

• Act as a subject matter expert on the requirements of Enterprise clients, including restaurants, hotels, entertainment venues, and institutional foodservice organizations.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Product and Finance teams to create initiatives that promote effective product adoption and increase Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).

• Work alongside Enterprise Sales and Customer Success teams to identify and construct compelling customer narratives supported by validated metrics and proof points.

• Partner with Enterprise Sales Enablement to enhance sales productivity through effective product knowledge transfer, development of sales collateral, and creation of value-driven discussion frameworks.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of combined experience in product marketing, product management, operational roles, finance, sales, or strategy consulting.

• Strong capability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations within a rapidly growing organization.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven history of producing high-quality content for external executive audiences.

• Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional collaborations with diverse teams to formulate strategic plans and meet targeted objectives.

• Analytical mindset with robust data interpretation skills.

• Proven track record of identifying and comprehensively understanding customer needs and translating those insights into effective product and go-to-market strategies.
