• Develop and enhance product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that effectively communicate the advantages of Technosylva’s solutions to utility companies and fire agencies.
• Create engaging sales collateral, such as presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and competitive/pricing analyses, to assist the sales team in attracting utilities and new client sectors.
• Perform market research to gain insights into customer requirements, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, converting findings into actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted demand-generation campaigns that raise awareness and enhance lead conversion for utilities and large enterprise clients.
• Establish yourself as a thought leader and spokesperson for Technosylva, interacting with customers, partners, and industry influencers through webinars, conferences, and media engagements, focusing on utility industry events and stakeholders.
• Aid in the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring successful adoption and revenue growth.
• Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to synchronize product marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Over 4 years of experience in roles that encompass strategy/innovation, product marketing, management consulting, or product management, especially in strategy, growth, or market entry.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, public policy, economics, or a related discipline (preference for MBA, relevant Master’s Degree, or PhD).
• A proven history of problem-solving and achieving measurable results in previous roles, whether in or outside of product marketing.
• Experience in strategic decision-making, execution, and driving business impact through marketing initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in formulating and executing go-to-market strategies for enterprise technology products.
• Exceptional storytelling and messaging capabilities, with the aptitude to convert complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for enterprise clients.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance workflows, including content creation, messaging refinement, competitive analysis, research consolidation, and sales support.
• Preference for candidates with experience working in or directly with North American utilities.
• A solid understanding of wildfire risk management, grid/storm operations, utilities, infrastructure resilience, and energy markets is advantageous, though performance, attitude, and aptitude are prioritized.
• Preference for experience in training teams, including sales, customers, or internal stakeholders.
• Experience in competitive analysis, market research, and customer segmentation for utilities and energy companies.
