Product Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be part of Kacey's Marketing team, serving as Synera's inaugural dedicated bottom-of-the-funnel product marketer.

• Your role will involve creating content, narratives, and reusable assets that facilitate engagement across all channels and touchpoints.

• You will take ownership of product messaging from beginning to end, collaborating closely with Product Managers, the Chief Product Officer, Sales, Customer Success, technical subject matter experts, the Partner Marketing team, and channel owners across platforms such as the website, webinars, LinkedIn, YouTube, and events.

• In 6 months: You will become a Synera super user, establishing a robust product marketing content engine with reusable assets across video, one-pagers, product web pages, presentations, and blogs.

• In 12 months: Your campaigns will generate predictable pipeline results; you will be well-known among all our customers, and you will have a clear vision for how each of their successes will contribute to achieving our marketing objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• You align with Synera's Core Values, which are fundamental to our operations, and we will discuss them during your initial interview.

• You possess 5–8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, technical marketing, or solutions marketing — preferably within engineering software, simulation, CAx, PLM, or enterprise SaaS.

• You have a background in engineering, simulation, or CAD software, with an understanding of the workflows of engineers.

• You are an outstanding writer and storyteller, adept at converting complex technical workflows into engaging narratives for both technical and executive audiences.

• You are an excellent project manager capable of creating highly efficient processes with a keen attention to detail.

• You operate with an AI-first mindset and are enthusiastic about developing AI-supported content workflows from the ground up.

• You excel in environments that require high ownership and are comfortable dealing with ambiguity — this role is for a builder in a rapidly growing international scale-up, where you will shape internal processes as you progress.

• You are fluent in English; proficiency in German is highly preferred, while knowledge of French is a plus.
