Product Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans for the Solventum healthcare payment innovation, population health, and quality methodologies portfolio.

• Create and execute essential messaging and core content, value propositions, as well as other vital product marketing, promotional mix, and activation strategies as required.

• Work in partnership with business unit stakeholders to ensure that marketing plans align with the strategic vision and financial goals of the division.

• Foster market awareness and encourage the adoption of Solventum's proprietary and public methodologies, including the execution of government and payer-adopted methodology events when necessary.

• Perform customer insights, competitive analysis, and market research to formulate a comprehensive and division-wide marketing strategy for both existing products and new product launches.

• Oversee the execution, reporting, follow-up, and adjustments of marketing plan tactics, such as the creation of core content for assigned solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in product marketing.

• Strongly preferred: At least five (5) years of experience in utilizing and/or marketing healthcare payment classifications, population health, and/or quality methodologies.

• Extensive knowledge of the healthcare sector, Health Information Management, and/or the healthcare IT industry.

• A deeper comprehension of the US healthcare regulatory and policy landscape.

• Proficiency in digital marketing acquired through practical experience.

• Key attributes include being a self-starter, strategic thinker, creative, assertive, collaborative, action-oriented, with strong writing and messaging capabilities, a quick learner, robust business acumen, exceptional influencing skills, and excellent presentation abilities.
