This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main resource for sales teams and clients, delivering product and clinical insights.
• Aid in the creation of product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
• Work alongside Product and Clinical teams to convert technical features into customer advantages.
• Assist in identifying market needs and gathering user feedback for both new and existing products.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of product launches and marketing initiatives in partnership with internal and regional teams.
• Create marketing tools and materials, such as brochures, videos, case studies, and training resources.
• Perform market and competitive analyses to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collect insights from customers and field teams to enhance messaging and product strategy.
• Ensure consistency between marketing, clinical, and commercial teams regarding product communications.
• Manage launch readiness plans and cross-functional execution milestones.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and frameworks for customer value propositions.
• Collaborate with KOLs and the clinical/marketing team to craft evidence-based narratives.
• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the medical device or aesthetic sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in strategic storytelling and narrative crafting.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Team-oriented individual with robust interpersonal skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with medical device terminology and industry trends; experience in clinical aesthetics is a plus.
• Proven track record in developing sales and marketing materials and supporting product training programs.
• Analytical thinker with a strong grasp of market dynamics and customer requirements.
• Experience collaborating with physicians and KOLs.
• Background in premium brand positioning and category creation.
• Assist in integrating influencer and PR efforts for product storytelling.
• Willingness to travel (both domestically and internationally) up to 30%.
