This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Serve as the authority on our buyers, including their identities, purchasing behaviors, and essential buying criteria.
• Gain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape—become an expert on our competitors and their market positioning.
• Work alongside product management and marketing to create product positioning and messaging that aligns with the personalities of our target buyers.
• Comprehend and document our buyers' journey, detailing where they source information and the who, what, when, and why behind their decision-making processes.
• Implement improvements to our sales and marketing strategies based on your insights.
• Ensure consistency across all product and marketing channels throughout the client lifecycle.
• Formulate a marketing strategy for the products you oversee in collaboration with our marketing team, outlining key activities and budgets aimed at retaining existing customers and attracting new ones.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives supporting your products and communicate necessary changes to the business.
• Collaborate with Product to strategize the launches of new products and updates to existing offerings, managing the cross-functional execution of the plan.
• Act as the primary thought leader for the products you support externally, participating in speaking engagements and producing written content.
• Understand and assist our sales channels; educate them on the challenges we address for our buyers and users; create internal tools and external materials, and instruct them on their application and timing.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the platform and the value offered by Riskonnect’s integrated risk management solution.
• Maintain a robust feedback mechanism to influence the product roadmap.
• Establish measurable objectives, including product adoption rates and content engagement metrics.
• Communicate goals, processes, and success stories internally.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing or a related field.
• Experience in SaaS marketing.
• Exceptional marketing writing skills.
• Proficiency in public speaking.
• A self-motivated individual capable of both collaborative and independent work.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Experience with product launches.
• Background in risk management.
