• Perform comprehensive and ongoing market analysis to grasp industry trends, customer requirements, and the competitive environment.
• Execute user and buyer research to establish personas and ideal customer profiles.
• Act as the guardian of product messaging, converting technical product information into easily understandable and actionable external communications.
• Develop messaging frameworks tailored for various personas and use cases.
• Manage the complete go-to-market process for product launches, which includes coordinating cross-functional launch strategies, creating launch materials, and promoting awareness and adoption post-launch.
• Collaborate with our digital team to enhance the sales funnel for high-volume transactions by identifying obstacles, improving conversion rates, and facilitating scalable customer acquisition.
• Oversee the development of engaging internal and external materials, such as battlecards, product fact sheets, sales presentations, scripts, blog posts, and social media content.
• Work with Product, Academy, and Industry Consulting teams to enhance the onboarding experience, ensuring customers comprehend and engage with our full product suite from day one.
• Generate content that promotes product adoption and strengthens engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Utilize customer feedback and behavioral data to pinpoint gaps in the onboarding process and suggest enhancements.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, product adoption, engagement, and customer feedback through tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Amplitude.
• Provide reports on key metrics and leverage data-driven insights to refine the product content strategy.
• Must be a permanent resident and authorized to work in Germany, France, or the United Kingdom.
• Demonstrated success in agile, fully remote, international settings with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
• Outstanding English writing and editing capabilities, with a knack for crafting clear and compelling messaging.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills; you will be juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication abilities.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and AI tools, including Claude and Gemini.
• Excellent research skills with the capability to synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights.
• An analytical approach to messaging and asset creation: comfortable employing both quantitative and qualitative data to identify successful strategies and potential opportunities.
• High tolerance for uncertainty and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
• A growth mindset, proactive attitude, and a genuine curiosity.
