This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create comprehensive segmentation and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across all SMB products, including both ISO and D2C go-to-market strategies.
• Develop and enhance product positioning and messaging that distinctly sets SMB products apart in the marketplace and resonates with targeted segments.
• Design and implement signal-based marketing journeys that adapt to customer behavior and various lifecycle stages.
• Create self-service onboarding experiences (via email) aimed at minimizing friction and expediting time-to-value for new clients.
• Investigate, test, and assess new marketing channels to uncover scalable growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to establish success metrics and track the effectiveness of product and lifecycle marketing initiatives, making adjustments based on data insights.
• Work closely with product, sales, corporate marketing, and commercialization stakeholders to ensure alignment in positioning and messaging across all customer-facing materials, effectively resonating with target audience segments.
• Convert product roadmaps and feature updates into go-to-market narratives and launch strategies.
• Collaborate with content, design, Corporate Marketing, and campaign teams to guarantee consistent application of messaging across marketing assets, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Perform competitive and market analysis to guide positioning, messaging, and channel strategies.
• Assist in product launch and go-to-market planning, ensuring that go-to-market strategies, messaging, and success metrics are established prior to launch, that sales teams are ready to drive growth, and that product adoption is successful.
• Partner with the Director of Lifecycle Optimization, Content Curator, Lifecycle Optimization lead, Product leads, and Sales teams to continuously enhance lifecycle marketing strategies based on customer segmentation, behavioral data, and Business Intelligence insights.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a directly relevant field.
• Proven experience in developing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Experience in building or enhancing customer segmentation and ICPs.
• Proficiency in working with data and BI teams to define, monitor, and report on marketing performance metrics.
• Knowledge of lifecycle marketing and signal-based or behavior-triggered marketing journeys.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, planning, and program design skills.
