• Take ownership of positioning and messaging across our entire product suite, ensuring that each product maintains a clear and consistent narrative that aids business development and go-to-market efforts.
• Lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution from start to finish — encompassing website development, sales enablement, and campaign creative — for product launches throughout the suite, determining what to launch, when, and the rationale behind it.
• Develop and maintain active demand engines for each product — including paid LinkedIn campaigns, email nurture sequences, high-converting landing pages, and regular content publishing. "Active" means being live in the market and continuously iterated upon, rather than just a positioning document stored away.
• Provide business development (BD) teams with the materials they genuinely utilize: pitch decks, product one-pagers, battlecards, and objection handling guides. Attend BD sync meetings to gather market intelligence firsthand — understanding buyer inquiries, deal stall points, and recurring objections — and transform that into materials that enhance over time.
• Create the necessary launch infrastructure that is currently lacking: a replicable GTM playbook that expedites the transition of a product update from engineering to market-ready content in days instead of weeks. Take responsibility for measurement as well — monitor time-to-market, BD material adoption, and campaign performance per product to ensure decisions are data-driven rather than anecdotal.
• Design agent-driven workflows utilizing Claude or Codex along with connected tools to streamline repeatable marketing tasks — such as asset generation, competitive monitoring, and campaign production — with minimal oversight. Your objective is to allocate your time toward strategy and judgment rather than manual production.
• Leverage Claude or Codex to generate comprehensive launch asset sets from a single, reliable positioning source: one-pagers, landing page variations, email sequences, ad copy, and BD talk tracks produced in one go, followed by review and deployment. AI will manage the production volume; your responsibility is to oversee strategic inputs and maintain quality standards.
• A proven history of delivering product marketing across a multi-product B2B platform. You have overseen positioning and go-to-market strategies for products sold both individually and as part of a bundled platform.
• Evidence of execution, not merely strategy. Your portfolio should showcase active campaigns, published landing pages, and sales materials that demonstrate effectiveness.
• The capability to grasp technical concepts and swiftly translate them for ideal customer profiles (ICPs). You will participate in product meetings focused on complex infrastructure and API products and emerge with a clear understanding of what is significant to the customer. While engineering knowledge is not required, you need to convey infrastructure in a credible and relevant manner to buyers.
• Established fluency in AI at a systems level. You should be able to articulate a workflow you created that operates autonomously — such as a launch pipeline, a competitive monitoring agent, or a campaign generation system. Utilizing Claude for initial drafts is a basic requirement; we need someone who constructs repeatable systems atop AI tools to enhance output. Daily AI engagement in this role is a fundamental expectation, not an optional extra.
• Strong agency and rapid decision-making capabilities. You recognize what needs to be done, take action, and inform others afterwards. You do not wait for a brief, kickoff meeting, or a flawless project plan. When something is 80% complete, you launch and iterate. If your instinct is to refine through several review cycles before anything goes live, this team's pace may not suit you.
• Exceptional writing skills sufficient for publication without intensive editing. You will be responsible for crafting landing pages, one-pagers, ad copy, email sequences, and blog posts. There is no content team available to take your brief and convert it into copy.
