📋 Description

• Take ownership of Corporate Market Expertise: Develop a deep and current understanding of the perspectives, purchasing behaviors, and success metrics of leaders in Operations, Safety, Compliance, and Risk. Understand the role of L&D in the sales process and how to transition to engaging the economic buyer.

• Identify Buyer Personas: Analyze the key metrics and personal motivations of our buyer personas to craft compelling narratives that resonate with potential clients.

• Enhance Product-Market Fit & Value Architecture: Continuously improve our value proposition for enterprise applications (including onboarding, ongoing training, moment-of-need learning, and AI-enhanced learning) to penetrate new sectors.

• Ignite the Revenue Engine: Collaborate closely with the Demand Generation team to initiate targeted, high-impact campaigns that yield quality leads and revenue.

• Empower Sales Teams for Success: Provide our field teams with competitive battlecards, use-case playbooks, and coherent narratives that boost win rates against market competitors.

• Promote Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product teams to influence the product roadmap based on verified customer insights, and team up with Customer Experience to discover expansion opportunities.

• Within 6 Months — Integration and Audit: Conduct a thorough audit of Panopto’s current corporate messaging assets, pinpointing essential gaps between existing materials and actual customer challenges. Establish formal feedback mechanisms with Sales and Customer Success to monitor which messaging strategies enhance pipeline velocity. Acquire in-depth knowledge of our platform’s features, ecosystem integrations, and AI capabilities.

• Within 1 Year — Achieve First Measurable Impact on Corporate ARR: Produce fully updated, scalable industry-specific and use-case messaging source documents and campaign strategies that are executed across all current corporate initiatives. Lead product launches focused on corporate needs, achieving or surpassing established pipeline targets for new feature adoption. Assess and report a quantifiable increase in mid-funnel sales conversion rates attributable to revised sales enablement materials.

• Your Legacy — Complete Ownership of Corporate Storytelling: Create the framework for how Panopto enters, leads, and expands within the larger enterprise learning technology landscape. Establish a credible, trusted brand voice that transforms Panopto from a mere software utility into a vital operational component of enterprise knowledge infrastructure.


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in marketing or strategy within the enterprise software sector, especially in Learning Management Systems (LMS), LXPs, or knowledge management systems.

• Practical experience in positioning AI functionalities or operating within hybrid Product-Led Growth (PLG) business models.

• A portfolio showcasing effective strategies for entering new corporate verticals or highly regulated industrial sectors.
