This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.
• Take ownership of product marketing throughout the portfolio, encompassing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage product launches from start to finish, from narrative creation to execution.
• Act as a liaison between Product, Studio, and Marketing teams, converting product roadmaps into effective positioning, go-to-market strategies, and launch plans.
• Initiate or engage in product marketing, branding, and partnership projects, clearly defining each initiative and executing them from beginning to end.
• Adapt to various products and workstreams as priorities and timelines evolve, applying rigorous product marketing practices across the entire portfolio rather than focusing on a single title.
• Develop brand and non-performance marketing strategies, including social-native and creator-style content across owned channels such as blogs, social media accounts, and campaigns beyond paid advertising and user acquisition.
• Activate and facilitate brand and licensing partnerships identified at the studio level, coordinating with both internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate closely with Growth and Lifecycle teams to synchronize brand and product marketing efforts with acquisition and retention strategies.
• Oversee lifecycle and CRM interactions that support product launches and partnerships.
• Deliver clear and regular updates on the status and effectiveness of product marketing, branding, and partnership initiatives.
• A minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, showcasing proven product marketing proficiency in areas such as positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Experience in branding, partnerships, or general marketing, preferably in a dynamic or startup setting.
• Proven ability to independently scope, plan, and implement marketing initiatives from concept to delivery with minimal supervision.
• Strong marketing acumen grounded in practical experience, capable of making informed decisions in uncertain situations.
• Proficiency with AI tools to enhance efficiency and scale output.
• A proactive self-starter who identifies and pursues the right next steps instead of waiting for direction.
• Expertise in product marketing complemented by a broad understanding of branding, partnerships, and content.
• An understanding of social-native and creator-style content, and what makes a product shareable and relatable, even when execution is a team effort.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Creative, or Studio teams to successfully bring products to market.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple workstreams and adjusting to changing priorities.
• Experience in gaming, entertainment, or consumer products is essential.
• Background in enterprise software is an advantage.
