• Assist in shaping and enhancing product messaging, positioning, and value propositions throughout the platform, ensuring that both buyers and their influencers comprehend "why Machinify" and "why now."
• Convert complex AI-driven capabilities into straightforward, defensible value propositions tailored for payer audiences, including executives, clinical teams, operations, and payment integrity.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to integrate feedback into messaging and content.
• Aid in the creation of personas by collecting and synthesizing insights from customers, sales, and the market.
• Assist in mapping customer pain points and workflows throughout the payment integrity lifecycle.
• Contribute to video content development, which includes scripting, coordinating with subject matter experts, and collaborating with creative teams. Potential outputs may include product explainers, modules detailing "what it is/why it matters," release highlights, and narratives tailored to buyers that expedite understanding.
• Help in producing essential marketing materials such as product collateral, sales enablement documents, and concise content.
• Ensure that content aligns with the overarching product messaging and effectively conveys customer value.
• Assist in coordinating product launches in collaboration with Product Operations and Marketing.
• Aid in the development of launch materials, internal communications, and enablement resources.
• Support the execution of repeatable launch processes and the gathering of post-launch insights.
• Assist in creating and maintaining sales tools, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitive insights.
• Work closely with sales teams to identify common objections and areas for messaging enhancement.
• Contribute to training and enablement initiatives to support field teams.
• Proven experience in product marketing (or related go-to-market roles with significant messaging/content responsibilities), preferably within B2B SaaS and/or healthcare technology sectors.
• Demonstrated ability in supporting messaging, content development, or product launches in a cross-functional setting.
• Experience collaborating directly with product, operational, and sales teams.
• Builder Mentality: Motivated by creating initial versions of "great" and iterating rapidly based on insights.
