This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of product messaging, positioning, and value propositions across the platform, ensuring that buyers and their influencers comprehend “why Machinify” and “why now.”
• Convert complex AI-driven capabilities into straightforward and defensible value propositions tailored for payer audiences, including executives, clinical staff, operations, and payment integrity.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to integrate feedback into messaging and content.
• Aid in the creation of personas by collecting and synthesizing insights from customers, sales, and the market.
• Assist in mapping customer pain points and workflows throughout the payment integrity lifecycle.
• Support the development of video content, which includes scripting, coordination with subject matter experts, and collaboration with creative teams. Possible outputs include product explainers, “what it is/why it matters” modules, release highlights, and buyer-specific narratives aimed at reducing time-to-understanding.
• Contribute to the development of essential marketing materials such as product collateral, sales enablement resources, and short-form content.
• Ensure that all content aligns with overarching product messaging and effectively communicates customer value.
• Assist in coordinating product launches alongside Product Operations and Marketing.
• Help craft launch materials, internal communications, and enablement resources.
• Support the execution of repeatable launch processes and capture post-launch insights.
• Aid in the creation and maintenance of sales tools, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify common objections and areas for improvement in messaging.
• Contribute to training and enablement initiatives to support field teams.
• Proven experience in product marketing or related go-to-market roles with a strong emphasis on messaging and content ownership, preferably in B2B SaaS and/or healthcare technology sectors.
• Demonstrated background in supporting messaging, content creation, or product launches within a cross-functional setting.
• Experience working closely with product, operations, and sales teams.
