Product Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of positioning and messaging for products and solutions across key markets and sectors.

• Convert product features into clear value propositions and outcomes for customers.

• Create unique narratives that are rooted in customer needs and competitive landscapes.

• Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy and implementation for new products, features, and upgrades.

• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success Management (CSM), and Sales to ensure launches are focused, coordinated, and measurable.

• Develop launch plans that encompass messaging, enablement, campaigns, and internal preparedness.

• Provide Sales and Business Development Representative (BDR) teams with essential tools for success, including pitch decks and conversation guides.

• Conduct competitive research and analysis.

• Convert insights into practical recommendations for Sales and Marketing teams.

• Cultivate a profound understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and customer journeys.

• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to gather valuable field insights.

• Serve as a connective resource across teams to ensure clarity and consistency.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

• Proven track record of leading launches from start to finish, not merely drafting messaging documents.

• Comfortable in advancing sales teams with clear narratives, conversation guides, and evidence, earning trust rather than demanding compliance.

• Exceptional at simplifying complexity, particularly when dealing with products, stakeholders, or conflicting priorities.

• Communicates with confidence and conviction, whether through presentations, online discussions, or in meetings with executives.

• Naturally collaborative and highly personable, capable of influencing product, sales, and leadership without causing friction.

• A proactive operator: identifies gaps, takes responsibility, and drives initiatives forward without waiting for perfect guidance or approval.

• Willingness to travel up to 20-25% as needed.
