This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define Givelify’s positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies tailored for various products and customer segments.
• Leverage customer and market research, competitive analysis, industry best practices, and internal data to convert donor and Giving Partner requirements into compelling product narratives, launch strategies, and marketing and enablement materials.
• Work collaboratively with diverse cross-functional teams from Product to Customer to facilitate effective launches, drive adoption, and foster growth.
• Assess success through key performance indicators (KPIs), including product usage, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and the percentage of consistent givers.
• Perform customer, market, and competitive research to gain insights into donor and Giving Partner requirements.
• Develop launch campaigns and channel strategies grounded in target audience insights, market findings, company objectives, and historical performance.
• Monitor launch outcomes and refine strategies utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Ensure that every initiative's plan, outcomes, and insights are effectively communicated, documented, and easily accessible for future reference.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant, proven experience in product marketing, alongside at least 5 years of total experience in marketing and/or strategy.
• An MBA or MS degree in marketing or business.
• Background in Consumer-Packaged Goods, Consumer Technology, and/or two-sided Marketplace environments.
• Strong foundation in product marketing principles, encompassing consumer insights, market research, product positioning & messaging development, and go-to-market strategy formulation & execution.
• Product or customer marketing certification(s) are advantageous.
• Familiarity with a hypothesis-driven test-and-learn growth methodology is a plus.
• Experience in lifecycle marketing is an added benefit.
